Since I was A Little Girl I have always "loved" experimenting with food in the kitchen, and I developed A 'Love" for Cooking. As I grew Older I decided to take My cooking skills to another Level so, I joined The Navy. I became A Culinary Specialist and stayed in and retired after 20 years. I also attended Tidewater Community College's Culinary Arts Dept. I also attended Florida East Coast Institute Of Culinary Arts. I am a graduate of Culinary Institute of Virginia and received a Culinary degree. I have also worked as A Chef at P.F Chang's,Holiday Inn,and Max & Erma's. I was also The Premier Chef At William & Sonoma. I am A proud member of American Personal & Private Chef Association and a member of International Food Service Executive Association. I am the Founder,President,Owner,and CEO along with my helpers, my husband and my daughter who are my sous chefs.
